All items included in this pack may be used for personal or commercial work provided they are not offered for resale in their orignal form (including recoloured versions).
You may make Wrappers, Stationary, Quickpages, Frames, or any new flatted image, such as webpages, ebay templates  ect.
In other words you must make something new with them. 

Papers May NOT be used to create new items, Unless you are adding to this kit for added elements for the creation of above items allowed,
 You May NOT use them with actions to make a bow, or ribbon ect. Or cut up for tiles ect. and create element packs or any new kits other than mentioned above.
They are for Quickpages or s4h, pu use only. Must be used in a flattened new image included with other elements.

May Not create new element packs with these. You take my elements and make a set of frames for resale ect.
May not be included in any similar resource pack
May not be made into filters, tubes, brushes, nozzles or other current/future software plugins for free or for resale.
May not be added to any other cd collection's or downloads for free or sale as is.
May not be given away free or added to any share files free as is.
May Not be resold as is.
You may not resell my kits In any way shape or form.

Recolored Items

May be used to make s4h kits in a non layered item to match your color scheme . May use for any commercial use item in a non layered form such as quick pages, web graphics ect. May not create commercial use element packs ect.

All other Items

Unless specified on specific graphic.

All Graphics are for PU, S4O, S4H.

All Commercal use as follows:

You may resell my clipart in scrapbooking packages only. Ie fairies and elves , animals may be used to create a new scrapbooking kits.

All other items you make from any of my graphics may be resold when used to create new graphics ONLY. Ie frames, scrapbooking quickpages ect.

All Graphic Uses as follows:

You may NOT break Backgrounds up into pieces to use 1 item in it. 90% of graphic must be used.  

PNG's may be broken up to create smaller graphics ie you need just the shoulders and head of a doll and add this to a frame for web graphics.

I am the soul creator of these graphics and I alone hold the copyright of them. So do not claim them as your own. No link back is needed. But greatly appreciated.

You MAY NOT resell graphics alone, or add them to collections such as cd's for sale or downloads ect. You may not give them away for free or share them.
